Release the need to blame anyone, including yourself. We're all doing the best we can with the understanding, knowledge and awareness we have.

Part of the wisdom of aging is to find joy in even the simplest situations. When we live our lives to the fullest, we're going to make the little things in life wonderful and good and important.

We understand our own pain so well. How hard is it for us to understand THEY, whoever they are we need most to forgive, were also in pain. We need to understand that they were doing the best they could with the understanding, awareness and knowledge they had at that time.

Loving and approving of yourself, creating a space of safety, trusting, deserving and accepting, will create organization in your mind, create more loving relationship in your life, attract a new job or a new and better place to live, and even enable your body weight to normalize.

You've been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn't worked. Trying approving of yourself and see what happens.

I forgive you for not being the way I wanted you to be. I forgive you and set you free. (Forgiveness means giving up, letting go). It has nothing to with condoning behaviors. It's just letting the whole thing go.

We do not need to know HOW to forgive. All we need to do is to be WILLING to forgive. The universe will take care of the hows.

When we grow up, we have a tendency to re-create the emotional environment of our early home life. (This is no good or bad, right or wrong, it is just what we know inside as "home".)
